We collect information to provide a better experience for event hosts and guests:

Media Content: Photos and videos uploaded by guests to your event albums.
Account Information: Names and email addresses provided by hosts during registration or by guests when joining a waitlist or inquiry.
Usage Data: Basic technical information like IP addresses and browser types to help us optimize the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

Maintain and display your collaborative event galleries.
Process uploads and transcoded video playback.
Communicate with hosts about their account and platform updates.
Moderate content (if the Host Approval feature is enabled).

3. Data Storage & Retention

Forevio stores all media on secure cloud servers. During our Private Betaphase, galleries for the "Couples" plan are maintained for a period of 12 months from the event date. You may download your high-resolution media at any time during this period.

We do not sell your personal data or your media content to third parties.

4. Privacy & Security

Your galleries are private by default. They are accessible only to individuals with your unique event QR code or direct link. We do not index private event galleries on search engines.

5. Third-Party Services

We use a limited number of trusted third-party providers to help run Forevio:

Cloud Infrastructure: For secure storage and processing of media.
Email Services: To send transactional emails and waitlist updates.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. Event hosts can request the deletion of an entire album and all associated media by contacting us at support@forevio.app.
