1. Use of the Service

Forevio provides a platform for creating and managing collaborative event photo and video albums. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. User-Generated Content

As a host or guest, you are responsible for the content you upload. By uploading media to Forevio:

Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to your photos and videos.
License: You grant Forevio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, transcode, and display your media solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and your guests.
Responsibility: You represent that you have the right to upload the content and that it does not violate any laws or the rights of any third party.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that is illegal, offensive, harassing, or contains unauthorized personal information. Forevio reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

4. Content Moderation

Event hosts have the ability to moderate content uploaded to their albums. Forevio is not responsible for the moderation decisions made by individual event hosts but reserves the right to intervene if terms are violated.

5. Private Beta Terms

Forevio is currently in a Private Betaphase. We provide the service on an "as-is" basis and may modify or discontinue features at any time. For our free "Couples" plan, galleries are maintained for 12 months from the event date.

6. Limitation of Liability

Forevio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service, including the loss of media data. We strongly recommend that hosts download and backup their high-resolution collections.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
